Brett Leyden is awesome! He has helped us buy a home and sell a home twice now! The most recent sale was our home in the Lacamas Shores development in Camas. Brett was extremely helpful and resourceful with that sale. His attention to detail was incredible. He walked us through every step in the process of preparing the home for sale, marketing the property, showings, entertaining offers and especially handling the inspections and any necessary repairs. Incredibly, Brett even crawled under the house several times to help with inspections and turn some insulation around! Wow! We listed our home in Camas with you in 2005, having saved your card from your annual spring plant visit the year before. At any rate, I have been telling our daughter about receiving the plant and your card, which I saved, and called you when we decided to sell the next year.
